TRIOS® 3D Scanner

iTero® Element™ Digital Scanner – Impressionless Scanning

The iTero® Element™ makes it possible to create digital impressions for orthodontic procedures such as Invisalign®, crowns and implant procedures in just a couple of minutes, without the need for messy putties or the discomfort associated with other impression techniques.

The iTero scanner allows the dentist to take a digital impression—a highly accurate, digital 3D image of the individual characteristics of your tooth surfaces and gum tissue. The iTero scanner is all about keeping you comfortable while delivering precise imagery quickly and without the putty-filled impression tray that makes you gag! The built-in simulator allows us create a simulation of what your teeth may look like in a straighter, corrected position so youcan see you how orthodontic treatment can improve your smile, before starting treatment!

Low Dose Digital X-Rays

Dental x-rays (Radiographs) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Digital Radiography is a type of X-ray imaging that uses digital X-ray sensors to replace traditional photographic X-ray film, producing enhanced computer images of teeth, gums, and other oral structures and conditions. This allows the doctors to get a much better view of your teeth and any potential dental conditions. The digital imaging software obtains a number of different views of your teeth to gain the best understanding of your situation and develop the most appropriate course of management.

Digital sensors are more responsive than film so that much less radiation is required to produce a digital image.
